Shipping and Returns

Currently we are not allowed to ship outside of the province due to CFIA regulations regarding inter-provincial trade in meat products. See our FAQ page for more details.

Within BC, we offer flat rate shipping of $25 on most of our food orders. Please provide a residential address in addition to a post office box, as this will enable us to ship your order by courier or Canada Post. Rural and Remote orders within BC will be contacted for final shipping costs. Hat orders without meals ship at $15. Customers in and around Vanderhoof can opt to pick up their orders for free (by appointment) on checkout by selecting the Local Pickup option at checkout.

Returns on food are not possible. Please ensure you check your order over before submitting. If you need to change your order before it has shipped, please contact us.
